Wolf Partners is proud to introduce The Arete at Beach Park, an architectural synthesis of luxury and tropical functionality. This project comprises 80 townhomes and a private clubhouse, and adheres to the principles of Tropical Modern design. The six available floor plans, ranging from three to four stories and spanning 2400 to 3900 square feet, prioritize seamless integration with the tropical surroundings.
The design departs from traditional symmetry, allowing each building component to serve a purpose and fostering a fluidity of space and light. Employing elements of Tropical Modernism, the architecture provides natural defense against tropical elements while creating an aesthetic harmony with the locale.

These elements not only protect against the sun but also offer shelter from summer rains. Ventilation and views are prioritized with well-placed windows and expansive sliding doors, promoting cross-breezes and transparency. The concept of seamless space is realized as living areas extend outdoors onto porches, gardens, and breezeways, facilitating a harmonious transition between indoor and outdoor living.
